Your application and coaching information may be accessed by authorized LANCEGYM collaborators involved in reviewing applications or providing coaching services.

6. WhatsApp Communications

When you provide your WhatsApp number, including country code, LANCEGYM may use that number to contact you regarding your coaching application, acceptance, onboarding, payment arrangements, coaching service, check-ins, progress, support, and other communications related to your relationship with LANCEGYM.

If you become a coaching client, WhatsApp may also be used as a communication channel for training questions, check-ins, progress updates, photographs, videos, and coaching feedback.

Communications through WhatsApp are also subject to the privacy and security practices of WhatsApp and its service providers.

Providing your WhatsApp number for application or coaching communication does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated promotional marketing.

7. Payments

Coaching payments may be processed through PayPal or another designated payment provider.

Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy policies and security procedures.

LANCEGYM does not collect complete payment card details through its coaching application form.
